Malta House of Care is grateful to be recognized in The Cigna Group Foundation’s 2025 Health Equity Impact Fund Report, which highlights the early progress and measurable outcomes achieved through the first year of this important grant initiative in Hartford.
Through collaboration with The Cigna Group Foundation and fellow community partners, Malta is expanding access to preventive care, screenings, and essential health services for uninsured adults across Greater Hartford. The report showcases how strategic investment in local nonprofits is advancing health equity and strengthening community health outcomes.
