Malta House of Care is pleased to welcome the InMotion Mobile Pharmacy Clinic from Yale School of Medicine on Monday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our Hartford clinic.
The Mobile Pharmacy Clinic will offer a variety of free health services for adults age 18 and older, including:
- Blood pressure testing
- Diabetes screening
- HIV and Hepatitis C testing
- STI testing and prevention
- Substance use screening and treatment
- Health education
This community partnership helps bring important health resources directly to those who need them, making care more accessible and convenient.
