InMotion Mobile Pharmacy Clinic Connects Community Members to Care

Thank you to the incredible InMotion Mobile Pharmacy Clinic team from Yale School of Medicine for partnering with Malta House of Care for a successful community health event on July 20.

During the event, seven individuals received care through the mobile clinic, including four Malta patients and three community members. Six participants were screened for hepatitis C and HIV, and three uninsured community members who did not have a primary care provider were connected with Malta for ongoing care. One patient was seen the very next day for an acute medical issue, while the other two were offered new patient appointments within two weeks.

Events like these help expand access to preventive care, connect people with needed healthcare services, and strengthen partnerships that improve the health of our community.

Thank you again to the entire InMotion team for your collaboration and commitment to compassionate, accessible healthcare.
