Honored as the top community organization making a difference in Connecticut at the FOX61 & United Way ImpaCT Awards
On October 22, 2025, team members, volunteers, board members and community partners gathered together at the Hartford Marriott Downtown for the 3rd Annual ImpaCT Awards, hosted by United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and FOX61.
We are proud to announce that Malta House of Care has been awarded the “Community Organization Making an Impact” distinction—an honor recognizing nonprofit groups that go above and beyond for their communities.
Over 200 nominations were received this year, and Malta stood out for a history of more than 85,000 free patient visits, partnerships with local organizations, and innovative programs that meet people where they are.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped Malta grow its reach and impact. Together, we are changing lives—one patient, one visit, one community at a time.
