The Malta House of Care Clinic staff oversees the van’s daily operations; ensures consistent patient communication; and manages Malta’s volunteer corps of doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals.

The staff of the Malta House of Care Foundation is responsible for raising the money that keeps the Clinic in operation. This is done by securing grants; cultivating individual donors; forging and nurturing partnerships with institutions like the Archdiocese of Hartford, Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, and Hartford Hospital; hosting an annual fundraiser, “Celebrating Wonder Women;” and spreading the word about Malta through strategic communications and marketing.
